Formed through the integration of leading brands like Lodgical Solution (formerly Bay Lakes Information Systems) and Vertical Booking USA, we offer a powerful, unified suite of software—including PMS, CRS, POS, RMS, and direct booking tools—tailored specifically for hotels, resorts, campgrounds, marinas, vacation rentals, and more.

Our Story

Zucchetti North America officially launched in 2022, but its roots extend back over a decade. The company began as Vertical Booking around 2012, initially operated by founder Mark Lewis-Brown. Over time, the team grew and eventually merged with Lodgical Solution, a well-established property management software provider. For several years, these companies operated independently until they were consolidated under the Zucchetti North America umbrella. Later, the POS solution known commercially as Systopia (now TCPOS) was also integrated into the organization.

Today, Zucchetti North America unifies these brands—Vertical Booking, Lodgical Solution, TCPOS, and Simple Booking IBE—into one company delivering a full suite of hospitality technology solutions tailored for the North American market.
